PARK UNITED METHODIST MEN
Meets 2nd Saturday of each month September through April with a May breakfast meeting before Star Lake Work Day at 7 am in the Church Fellowship Hall. All men are invited and welcome to participate. A suggested donation of $3-$5 supports our food expense.
Park United Methodist Men support three major projects: camp scholarships for Park Church youth, fruit baskets for shut-ins, bereaved and elderly at Christmas and Star Lake Wilderness Camp spring and fall workdays. Other activities include sponsoring a spaghetti dinner fundraiser, Mille Lacs launch fishing trip and participate in the Prayer Chain. Donations to other worthy projects include Timber Bay, Habitat for Humanity and other local church supported causes. >Soup Kitchen, Candlelight Dinner, Kinship, Camp Confidence�.
The men or guest chef prepares each months breakfast followed by a short business meeting and a featured program/speaker.
